A first look by photographer Mijean Rochus during Milan Fashion Week in exclusive for Dapper Tapper Magazine
We arrive early to the Bed J.W. Ford backstage and little by little the models start to get prepped for the fashion show. In a blink of an eye, everything begins to accelerate. Although this moment seems kind of hectic, there is a feeling of tranquility and ease.
Designer Shinpei Yamagishi reviews the clothes. Dressers, make up artists and hairstylists move around in a choreographic dance to get everything ready. This chaos will become a smooth runway show that the spectators will love. Some models relax or take a moment to be on their own before “le moment suprême”. Photographers capture these fun moments backstage. The last interviews before the show are coordinated by Sylvia Negrifirman and her team. Lights go out, music begins…
The collection is full of bold colours, layerings, boots, oversized coats & scarves. Faux fur coats with prints and elegant suits are the stars on the runway. The Bed J.W. Ford man is an elegant and daring man at the same time.
