The iconic Lanificio Ermenegildo Zegna suiting fabrics produced in the 1960’s are making a comeback through a new collection of accessories, entertainment and home products that were unveiled at the opening of Salone del Mobile 2018.
Tradition and technology are blended together by Pelle Tessuta, Zegna’s lightweight and highly versatile leather fabric that undoubtedly shows the textile expertise from the Italian brand. The new chapter of its Zegna Toyz collection recreates a 1968 vintage herringbone pattern discovered within the Zegna Archive in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Ermenegildo Zegna’s entrance into the Ready-to-Wear business.
The Zegna Toyz collection is thought to meet the needs of the modern man and designed to accompany different moments of his life: from the Essentials small leather goods for the gentleman’s business life, the Toys selection of leisure and entertainment travel games, to the Technological series of multimedia accessories created in collaboration with Master & Dynamic, the premium audio brand known for its sophisticated sound tools.
Zegna Toyz will be exhibited at the Ermenegildo Zegna Global Store in Via Montenapoleone, Milan starting from Monday, April 16th and a small selection, including the mobile phone pouch and the ping-pong racket set, can be purchased throughout Salone del Mobile 2018.
